Vang Vieng is an impressive eco-tourism paradise in Laos

Located about 150 km from the capital Vientiane, over 200 km from the Luang Prabang World Heritage Site, and about 250 km from the Plain of Jars, it can be said that Vang Vieng is blessed with many advantages to develop tourism.

Vang Vieng’s natural landscape is very beautiful, still retaining its wild features, while the locals are both friendly and generous to the guests. This is truly an ideal stopcation and a peaceful place for you to unwind after long hours in the office.

Vang Vieng is majestically charming, thanks to the ancient limestone mountains containing many mystery caves and the majestic Nam Song River winding close to the foot of the mountains. In particular, there are no luxury hotels or tall office buildings here, but rather wooden or bamboo houses that create an indescribable harmony, an enchanting wildness feeling.

Since 2011, Vang Vieng has continuously strived to transform itself into a paradise for outdoor sports activities and eco-tourism. In just four years, the town has done a wonderful job expanding its outdoor offerings.
