HO CHI MINH CITY HIGHLIGHTS AND CRUISE DINNER

8:30 You will be picked up at your hotel and taken on a sightseeing tour of some historical and cultural landmarks in the city. 

Visit the Reunification Palace (Independence Palace), where the President of South Vietnam lived and worked until the war ended in 1975. 

See some French colonial buildings, such as the Saigon Notre-Dame Cathedral and the Saigon Central Post Office, which showcase the architectural heritage of the city. 2 most famous and oldest of classical French colonial architecture construction was built more than 100 years ago.

Visit The history museum at HCMC, also known as the Museum of Vietnamese History, is a large museum that showcases the history and culture of Vietnam from prehistoric times to the present day.

11:00: Have lunch at a restaurant.

13:30: After lunch and a short rest, we continue the city tour by discovering the eastern side of the city.

Explore the Giac Lam Pagoda, the oldest pagoda in Ho Chi Minh City, built in 1774. You will see a huge collection of Buddha statues in different shapes and sizes. 

Then, head to Cho Lon and Thien Hau Pagoda, located in the heart of Chinatown. This is a place where history and culture come alive, with many temples and pagodas that reflect the beliefs and traditions of the Chinese community.

15:00 Visit Ben Thanh Market – an old symbol of Saigon from past to present. This is a long-standing and quite ancient market built in 1870. You are free to shop for specialties, souvenirs with Vietnamese characteristics.

17:00 Pick up and move to the boat wharf and check in for the cruise.

18:00 Admire Saigon at night on the cruise and have a buffet dinner.

Enjoy a night cruise on the Saigon River and a buffet dinner on the 3rd floor Indochina Junk.

Relax on the upper deck and admire the city lights, or join the main deck for some live traditional music and dance performances. 

You can choose from a variety of dishes, including traditional, BBQ, and European food, for your buffet dinner. You can also treat yourself to a delicious dessert to end this memorable evening on the water. You will return to the dock after the cruise.
