Do you ever get curious about how to prepare a traditional dish by yourself? Worry no more because we will prepare a perfect Cooking class just for you. Tune in a wonderful immersion into the nuances of Vietnamese cookery. This is an opportunity for you to learn more about the exotic ingredients, and unique flavors of Vietnam, one of the most beloved cuisines in the world.
Days 1
COOKING CLASS - CITY TOUR
8:30 am Guide and driver meet and pick you up at hotel then set out for full day cooking tour.
8:45 am – 9:45 am Tour guide will lead you through Ben Thanh market to purchase the necessary ingredients for your cooking lesson. Afterward, we hop on car and take a short drive to the Cooking Class.
10:00 am – 1:00 pm Hands-on cooking class with the chef.
Get your own cooking station inside the cooking studio, and watch as the professional chef demonstrates, with great detail, all that you need to do to prepare every dish.
The kitchenware is ready, you will follow the chef’s step-by-step instructions. The chef will explain about the materials and ingredients for a better understanding of cooking techniques. Don’t be too shy to ask any questions that come to your mind, as the staff are fluent in English and can answer any difficulty.
Savor your lunch with the dishes you have cooked.
Once class is over, you’ll get to bring home a cute souvenir to remember it by, as well as a copy of the recipes so you can recreate these dishes back home!
1:30 pm Start visiting highlight of Ho Chi Minh City destinations such as the History Museum, where you can learn about Vietnam’s history, the Reunification Palace, which was the former residence of the South Vietnamese president, the nearby neo-Romanesque Notre Dame Cathedral, and the City’s Centre Post Office, which was designed by Gustave Eiffel. You will also pass by the ornate Opera Theatre and the City Hall, which are both examples of French architecture.
4:30 pm End trip.
The order of destinations can be changed according to the circumstance.
