Lua Viet Tours Organized “Sai gon-Viet Bac Charity Program” to Assist Ethnic Minorities in Northern Vietnam

On September 20-22, 2024, Lua Viet Tours organized a charity trip named “Saigon-Viet Bac Charity Program” to Thinh Duc commune, Thai Nguyen, and Sin Suoi Ho commune, Lai Chau.

Despite many difficulties, the program was still successful.

With the support of medical professionals from VGTB Group, Vietnam Tourism Magazine, Thai Nguyen Croix Rouge, and Lai Chau Croix Rouge, we distributed 500 gift packages to 500 ethnic minority individuals.

The medical team prepares medicine for those in need.

In addition, equipped with 2 medical ultrasound machines, 3 electrocardiographs, and hearing aids, the medical team conducted comprehensive health assessments and screenings for 350 ethnic minority people, including 150 Tay people and 200 H’Mong people. Necessary medications were also provided to those in need.

The doctor is giving the people a comprehensive medical checkup.

Lua Viet Tours had the opportunity to interact with friendly H’mong people, trek through stunning mountains, and explore breathtaking cascades. We believe these villages offer great potential for sustainable tourism to promote local development.
