Cuc Phuong honored Asia’s Leading National Park for 6th consecutive year
Located in Ninh Bình Province, in Vietnam’s Red River Delta, Cuc Phuong National Park was Vietnam’s first national park and is the country’s largest nature reserve. The reserve area is one of the most important sites for biodiversity in Vietnam.
Recently, Cuc Phuong National Park has been named Asia’s Leading National Park 2024 at the 31st World Travel Awards, in Manila, the Philippines, on September 3, 2024. This is the sixth consecutive year since 2019 that Cuc Phuong has been awarded this title.
Visitors should not miss the opportunity to witness the beauty of the national park! In early May 2024, Cuc Phuong National Park in Ninh Binh Province launched its first-ever night tour by electric car. This innovative tour offers visitors the unique experience to witness fireflies and explore the park’s nocturnal wildlife.
The night tour, available daily from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM, covers a distance of 5 kilometers by electric vehicle. Each tour accommodates up to 10 participants, ensuring a personalized experience. The last tour departs at 8:45 PM, and the park limits the total number of visitors per session to approximately 100 to minimize disturbances to the delicate ecosystem.
